About the Role: Decagon is looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer to help us identify and attract exceptional engineering talent as we continue to scale our technical organization. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, engineering leaders, and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines across our engineering organization. You’ll have significant ownership over how we map the market, identify and engage talent, and continuously raise the bar for the engineers we bring to Decagon.
