Senior Test Analyst – Defect Analysis (Financial Market Data) (m/f/d)

Turning financial complexity into trusted outcomes! Your Role & Responsibilities Act together with the Defect Manager as the central intake point for newly reported defects during Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Customer Testing phases Perform defect triage and assess incoming defects regarding priority, severity and functional impact Conduct an initial analysis of reported defects and identify the responsible development area or feature team Support the localisation of potential root causes to enable efficient defect resolution Participate in regular defect review and triage meetings Support the creation and maintenance of defect statistics and reporting Analyse defect trends and contribute to the identification of recurring development weaknesses and quality issues Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, testers and development teams throughout the defect lifecycle Required Technical & Professional Expertise Strong experience in the field of Financial Market Data Experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Test Analyst or in a similar analytical role Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Experience in defect analysis and defect triage activities Business Analysis and/or Requirements Engineering knowledge Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Assertive and proactive working style Experience supporting defect reporting and statistical analysis Ability to identify development weaknesses through defect trend analysis Familiarity with database queries and the ability to independently create low to medium complexity queries
