Job Description Overview As a Senior Test Analyst within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) stream, you’ll validate asset management and plant maintenance processes across an SAP S/4HANA landscape. Working within a distributed onshore/offshore delivery model, you’ll design and execute tests across the asset lifecycle, plant maintenance (PM), and mobility functions to ensure quality outcomes ahead of go-live, collaborating closely with functional teams throughout the testing cycle . Your Role and Responsibilities Design, script, and execute test cases across the asset lifecycle and plant maintenance (PM) functions within SAP S/4HANA. Validate the end-to-end asset lifecycle within SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management, from asset creation through maintenance to retirement. Design and execute test cases for plant maintenance (PM) processes, including maintenance planning, execution, and completion. Perform mobility testing on SAP Field Service, covering mobile work-order execution and field data capture. Verify asset master data — equipment, functional locations, and maintenance plans — for accuracy and consistency across the EAM stream. Cover mobility test scenarios using SAP Field Service where required. Manage defects end to end using SAP CALM, Jira, and Quality Centre. Prepare and maintain test data across the EAM stream. Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT) activities. Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders. Utilise the SAP CALM test suite throughout the testing lifecycle. Validate integration points between EAM and adjacent SAP streams. Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, aligning to AEST for overlap and communication. Report on test progress, coverage, and quality while adapting to changing priorities. Requirements What We’re Looking For We’re looking for candidates with a combination of the following: 7+ years hands-on SAP testing experience (mandatory). Deep SAP S/4HANA knowledge. SAP CALM (Cloud Application Lifecycle Management) proficiency and mandatory exposure. ISTQB Foundation certification (minimum requirement); ISTQB Advanced preferred. EAM functional expertise: asset lifecycle and plant maintenance (PM); SAP Field Service / Mobility for the mobility role. SAP Activate methodology experience. Strong test case design, scripting, and test data management skills. Integration testing (SIT) and UAT leadership capability. Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven distributed/offshore team delivery and adaptability across changing timelines.
