We invite a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our team and help evolve a large-scale fintech data platform for private markets. In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end quality assurance for backend services, AI-related platform components supporting data transformation, and complex system integrations through robust test automation across a distributed, integration-heavy platform. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to help deliver reliable, high-quality platform capabilities. 🟩 What's in it for you: Work on an established fintech platform with 20+ internal services and numerous external integrations, helping bring trust and transparency to private markets Deepen your expertise in AI technologies, backend systems, distributed architectures, and integration-heavy environments Join a small, highly technical team with real ownership over automation strategy and product quality ✅ Is that you? 5+ years in QA/SDET roles with end-to-end ownership of test automation and QA activities Strong experience with backend and non-UI-focused test automation Experience defining QA strategy, automation approaches, quality gates, and test coverage for complex systems Strong proficiency in Python Experience testing REST APIs, backend services, and complex system integrations Experience designing automated test frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines Experience testing distributed systems and microservices Experience with Docker and containerized test environments Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify quality risks Engineering mindset with strong ownership, a high degree of autonomy, and a proactive approach to test automation Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional engineering teams Upper-Intermediate+ English level Desirable: Experience testing AI/LLM-based applications Keen interest in AI technologies and a solid understanding of AI and LLM fundamentals Experience with Kubernetes and Azure/AWS 🧩 Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you'll lead end-to-end quality assurance for backend services, AI-related components, and complex integrations, driving automation to ensure reliable delivery.
