Senior Tester QA for a Medical Company

What You'll do: - Designing and executing test scenarios across all workflow stages to ensure quality and reliability; - Performing moderately complex work in research, design, development, and execution of manual and automated functional tests; - Creating and executing automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, SQL, and Gherkin; - Applying knowledge to create, update, and resolve defects within a defect workflow; - Modifying existing automation scripts to meet company needs and configurations; - Mentoring and coaching team members; - Working within Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum; - Hybrid Work Model;  What You Are: - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; - Experience in Python, GenAI applications, Databricks, and APIs; - Proficiency with repository tools (Git, GitLab, Bitbucket); - Knowledge of quality management tools (Jira, ADO, etc.); - Strong understanding of automation testing, Selenium, Java, SQL, Cucumber/Gherkin; - Experience with manual testing and creation/maintenance of test cases and test plans in Jira/ADO; - Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing, IAM test accounts, and automated regression tests; - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ADO, GitHub Actions); - Understanding of QA best practices and industry standards; - Strong coaching and mentoring abilities; - ISTQB Foundation Level Certification; - Fluent in Portuguese and English; - Bachelors degree with 6 years of experience, or a Masters degree with 4 years of experience; - Nice to have: Performance testing experience using tools such as Apache JMeter;  What youll get: - Wage according to candidate's professional experience; - Remote Work whenever possible; - Allocation of health insurance from the beginning of the employment; - Delivery of work equipment adjusted to the performance of functions; - And others.
