As we expand our delivery capabilities in Europe, we are looking for an experienced Senior TPRM Specialist based in Poland to support the delivery of third-party risk services for our international clients.
The Role
The Senior TPRM Specialist will be responsible for conducting and managing third-party risk assessments and due diligence activities across the third-party lifecycle.
The role will involve working directly with clients, business stakeholders and third parties to assess risks, review evidence, identify findings and support appropriate remediation and risk decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage third-party risk assessments and due diligence from initiation through to completion.
- Review questionnaires, supporting documentation, external risk intelligence and other relevant information.
- Analyse third-party risks and identify control gaps, findings and areas requiring further investigation.
- Develop clear, risk-based findings and practical recommendations.
- Engage with third parties and business stakeholders to obtain information and resolve assessment queries.
- Support remediation, risk acceptance, ongoing monitoring and periodic reassessment activities.
- Maintain accurate assessment records and supporting documentation.
- Escalate significant risks, exceptions and overdue actions where appropriate.
- Support quality reviews and contribute to consistent application of assessment methodologies.
- Work with Selianz and client teams to continuously improve TPRM processes and delivery.
Experience & Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced TPRM professional with strong practical experience in third-party risk, vendor risk, supplier risk, due diligence or related risk-management activities.
Ideally, you will have:
- Strong experience conducting third-party risk assessments and due diligence.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end third-party risk lifecycle.
- Experience reviewing questionnaires, controls, evidence and external risk information.
- Ability to analyse information and translate assessment results into clear findings and recommendations.
- Experience working with international stakeholders and third parties.
- Familiarity with TPRM, GRC or related risk-management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assessments and priorities.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience within consulting, managed services, financial services, pharmaceuticals, life sciences or other regulated industries would be advantageous.
