A Professional of the Financial Sector regulated by the CSSF, the firm supports a diversified range of regulated and unregulated investment vehicles, with a strong focus on Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Debt structures. Its integrated model means the Transfer Agency team works in daily contact with Fund Administration, Legal, Compliance and Corporate , a rare setup that gives real breadth to the role, well beyond routine processing.

Due to the sustained growth of current and future business, the firm is reinforcing its Transfer Agency department with a Senior Officer who will take genuine ownership of investor relations and transactions, while mentoring more junior team members. The department is deliberately kept compact, the team is stable with low turnover, and the position comes with a competitive salary of up to €72,000 gross per year, flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home, a rare combination for this level of seniority on the Luxembourg market. <br>

Your Responsibilities | Senior Transfer Agent - PE/RE/Debt Funds - Investor Services

• Managing the full transaction lifecycle: subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, commitments, capital calls, transfers and switches.
• Creating and maintaining investors' accounts with full accuracy and up-to-date records.
• Understanding and coordinating AML/KYC requirements for PE and RE fund vehicles.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for investors, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Preparing and reviewing transaction documentation: contract notes, agreements, notices, checklists and holding statements.
• Analysing prospectuses, terms and conditions and custodian data files, and monitoring investment flows end-to-end.
• Answering investor and internal department queries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Supporting the Senior Manager in maintaining department procedures, escalating issues and proposing solutions.
• Maintaining registers and systems to the highest standard of data integrity.
• Training and mentoring Junior Officers, contributing directly to the team's growth.
• Coordinating with internal departments (accounting, administration, legal, compliance) and third parties (clients, advisors, investors, auditors, custodian banks).
• Reporting to investors and third parties (AIFM, custodian banks): investor confirmations, NAV-related reporting. <br>
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior Transfer Agent - PE/RE/Debt Funds - Investor Services

• Master's degree in Management, Finance or Business Administration.
• 4 to 6 years of proven experience in the fund industry in Luxembourg; a deep understanding of the local market is a strong asset.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in French and English; any additional language is considered an advantage.
• Hands-on, flexible and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team.
• A genuine appetite for excellence and continuous learning while managing day-to-day priorities. <br>
