You will be part of the Group’s Transfer Pricing Team, responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the Group’s global transfer pricing framework. You will act as a key business partner to finance, controlling, and operational functions across international entities, ensuring compliance with German and international tax regulations while supporting the Group’s value creation model.
🌍 This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work from home in an international environment.
Your main responsibilities include:
· Developing, maintaining, and further enhancing the global transfer pricing policy in line with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and German tax law
· Managing transfer pricing models for manufacturing, contract manufacturing, distribution, services, and financing transactions, with a strong focus on the automotive value chain
· Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating Master File, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR)
· Performing functional and risk analyses and supporting business restructurings, supply chain changes, and new business models
· Coordinating and supporting transfer pricing aspects in tax audits (Germany and abroad), including preparation of audit-ready documentation and responses to tax authorities
· Managing and coordinating external advisors (e.g. tax consultants, economists) in transfer pricing projects
· Supporting intercompany agreement design and ensuring consistency between legal agreements and transfer pricing implementation
· Collaborating closely with Controlling, Accounting, Legal, and Business Units to ensure consistent and compliant transfer pricing processes
· Monitoring regulatory developments and assessing their impact on the Group’s transfer pricing setup
· Supporting digitalization and automation of transfer pricing processes and documentation (e.g. TP tools, data management)
Your Profile
· University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or a comparable field
· Several years of professional experience in transfer pricing, ideally within an industrial or automotive environment, a multinational group, or a Big-4 / tax advisory firm
· Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, German transfer pricing requirements, and international tax principles
· Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain structures, ideally in the automotive industry
· Experience in handling tax audits and audit defense related to transfer pricing
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex tax concepts into practical, business-oriented solutions
· Structured, independent, and reliable working style with a high level of attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment
· Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
