Senior Treasury Specialist

Your Mission Execute and oversee incoming and outgoing payment transactions (fiat and crypto) Monitor transaction flows and ensure timely and accurate processing Perform reconciliations across internal systems, PSPs, and bank accounts Investigate discrepancies and ensure proper resolution or escalation Support daily treasury operations and ensure uninterrupted business processes Analyze existing treasury and payment workflows to identify inefficiencies and manual processes Help improve, streamline, and automate operational treasury processes Translate operational issues and unstructured requests into clear workflows and structured solutions Prepare business requirements and tasks for analytics and development teams Work with operational reporting, reconciliations, KPI tracking, fees, routing, and transactional analytics Support reporting transparency across Banking, Acquiring, Finance, Client Success, and Management teams Monitor implementation of process changes and ensure improvements are working effectively Take ownership of operational and process improvement initiatives together with the Treasury Lead Act as a reliable operational point of contact within the treasury function What Makes You a Great Fit At least 3 years of experience in treasury, payment operations, fintech operations, or similar roles Strong understanding of payment flows, settlements, PSPs, banking operations, and transaction lifecycle Hands-on experience with payment execution, reconciliations, and transactional operations Practical understanding of crypto transactions and operational processes Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large operational datasets Experience improving, optimizing, or automating operational workflows and processes Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, large datasets) Ability to structure problems and communicate requirements clearly to analysts or developers High level of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Good English and fluent Russian Why You'll Love It Here Meaningful Impact : a chance to make a real impact by contributing directly to the growth of a leading fintech company in the payments space!
