We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of Catalyst’s digital products and services. The right candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the user experience and drive user engagement. Responsibilities: Lead the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design standards. Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user stories, create wireframes, and develop prototypes. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure a positive user experience. Design responsive interfaces that adapt to different devices and screen sizes. Create design assets such as icons, illustrations, and animations to enhance the user interface. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products and services. Mentor and provide guidance to other UI/UX designers on design best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design , Interaction Design, or related field. 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies. 2+ years experience with wireframing and prototype development. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and their impact on design decisions. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Experience with design systems and style guides is a plus. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
