About the Role We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join a fast-growing digital agency focused on eCommerce and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will design and execute websites, landing pages, emails, and advertising assets that are visually engaging, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion. This role is hands-on and project-based , with opportunities to work on multiple client campaigns while growing design and eCommerce expertise. Key Responsibilities Design websites, landing pages, email templates, and advertising creatives that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver user-centered design solutions. Execute projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards. Bring ideas to life, contributing to creative concept development and problem-solving. Maintain design consistency across platforms and campaigns. Work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Continuously improve skills and stay updated on eCommerce, UI/UX, and design trends. 3+ years of experience in web design or eCommerce design. Strong proficiency in Figma. Experience with Shopify Theme Editor. Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and design principles. Familiarity with web and advertising requirements. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal English. Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to producing high-quality work. Salary: Starting 3,500+ USD per month, competitive and negotiable based on experience and qualifications Schedule: 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. EST (Flexibility) Unlimited PTO, recognizing local holidays.
