About the Role: We are looking for an ambitious, growth-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager to spearhead our global traffic expansion in the mVAS and mobile subscription space.

Your core mission is to continuously discover, negotiate, onboard, and scale new international traffic sources across key mVAS growth regions (EU, MENA, SEA, Africa, LATAM and CEE). You will combine an aggressive commercial hunting mindset with technical expertise in S2S tracking, PIN API flows, and campaign analytics to rapidly turn raw traffic sources into high-ROI, fraud-free acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Traffic Sourcing & Hunting: Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new ad networks, media buyers, DSPs, affiliate networks, and direct publishers specializing in mVAS and mobile subscription traffic worldwide.
• Onboarding & Commercial Negotiation: Structure and negotiate competitive commercial terms (CPA, CPL, RevShare) and ensure fast-track integration and testing of new acquisition partners.
• Regional Market Expansion: Analyze local mVAS/DCB landscapes to uncover high-potential geos, regional ad networks, and localized traffic sources.
• Technical Integration & Tracking Setup: Oversee seamless technical onboarding with new partners, configuring S2S postbacks, callbacks, redirects, and PIN API tracking flows.
• Root-Cause Troubleshooting: Analyze postback logs, API responses, and tracking data alongside internal technical teams to diagnose and resolve integration issues, attribution drops, or conversion friction fast.
• Performance & ROI Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign metrics (CPA, CR, ARPU, LTV, churn, and ROI) to maximize profitability while maintaining traffic quality standards.
• Fraud Prevention & Quality Control: Actively monitor traffic patterns to detect and mitigate fraudulent traffic, compliance breaches, or non-converting sources before they impact margins.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Industry Experience: 4+ years of hands-on User Acquisition experience specifically within mVAS, Direct Carrier Billing (DCB), mobile subscriptions, or performance affiliate marketing.
• Proven Network: A strong, existing network of global and regional mVAS traffic providers, ad networks, and media sources.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with S2S integrations, PIN API flows, postbacks/callbacks, tracking redirects, and server-side event troubleshooting.
• Analytical Capability: High proficiency in Excel/BI tools with a data-first approach to campaign optimization, log analysis, and root-cause problem-solving.
• Growth Mindset: High initiative and self-drive to constantly test new traffic channels, negotiate deals, and scale volume autonomously.
• Anti-fraud tools experience: Experience utilizing industry standard anti-fraud tools (Evina, MCP, Opticks, Empello) and internal systems to protect traffic quality and compliance.
• Language: Fluent English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in additional languages relevant to key mVAS markets (e.g., Spanish, French, or Arabic).
• Attendance at key affiliate and mVAS industry events (e.g., World Telemedia, TES, Summit of iGaming, Affiliate World).
