PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Our partner, ABN AMRO Clearing, is a global leader in the domain of clearing, offering access to a wide range of listed instruments on markets across the globe. THE ROLE INVOLVES: We are looking for a UX Designer / Researcher to support the evolution of our partner's global Client Portal. In this role, you will focus on the Client Portal, a key product used daily by over 400 corporate clients worldwide to manage payment instructions, settlement instructions, and other critical workflows. You will play a central role in shaping intuitive, user-friendly experiences that align with both user needs and business goals. This assignment is focused on completing the ongoing transition from the current portal design to a new, improved design. You will build on the work already started and help bring the new design to completion with a practical, hands-on approach. Responsibilities: Continue and finalize the transition of the Client Portal from the existing design to the new design. Conduct UX research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate research insights into practical, user-friendly design solutions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for the portal. Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are feasible and correctly implemented. Work with stakeholders across business and technology to align on priorities and design decisions. Take a proactive role in identifying improvements and driving UX initiatives forward. Ensure consistency and usability across the platform. Document design decisions, patterns, and outcomes to ensure maintainability and team ownership.
