Senior Video Editor

CoHo is a Copenhagen content studio producing high-volume, high-craft work for 40+ brand members on subscription. We're looking for a senior video editor who can own multiple projects end to end and raise the bar for everyone around them.

What you'll do

You'll handle the full spectrum of post: editing, colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics. You're comfortable taking raw footage across several projects at once and delivering polished, on-brand final cuts without needing three different specialists in the chain. Beyond your own edits, you'll act as a quality-control layer for the team and help mentor our junior editors, lifting the craft of the whole room.

This role is for you if...

• You're a senior editor with a strong eye for aesthetics and a portfolio that proves it
• You're fluent in English and comfortable working within a Western creative sensibility
• You're confident across grading, sound, and motion graphics, not just cutting
• You work in DaVinci Resolve, which we prefer for easy project sharing across the team, and you know After Effects. Premiere Pro is fine too, but Resolve is our first choice
• You're generous with feedback and enjoy teaching what you know
• You can juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the quality bar

This role is not for you if

• You want to specialise narrowly and hand off anything outside "your" part of the pipeline
• You need constant direction and prefer to stay heads-down on a single task
• Mentoring and giving feedback feels like a distraction from your "real" work
• You're early in your career and still building the fundamentals

What success looks like after 6 months

You're independently owning multiple member projects from raw footage to final delivery. Clients trust your output and revisions are the exception, not the rule. Our junior editors are noticeably sharper because of the standards you've set and the feedback you've given. The team ships faster and cleaner because your work in Resolve makes collaboration effortless.

The details

• Full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week
• Remote, or hybrid if you're near Copenhagen
• Monthly salary: 3,500 to 5,000 USD, based on experience level
• 3-month proof period, converting to a permanent arrangement once the panel gives the green light
