Senior Video Editor Level 3 | Full Time | Remote | Salary 200K PKR / Per Month

Salary: 200,000 PKR per month

Working Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Schedule: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Pakistan Time)

Break: 1 hour

Location: Remote

Quarterly pod bonuses up to 15% based on team performance, retention, watch time, completion rate, quality, communication, revisions, and deadline consistency.

We are looking for editors who understand storytelling, audience psychology, pacing, emotion, tension, payoff, and retention. The ideal candidate knows how to take raw footage and transform it into content that keeps viewers watching.

We are not looking for editors who simply execute instructions. We are looking for editors who can think critically about content performance, identify opportunities to improve storytelling, recognize why viewers continue watching, and contribute creative ideas that elevate the final product.
