Senior Video Editor (Meta Ads)

What You'll Do Edit high-performing video ads for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns. Create static and video ad creatives using raw footage and creative briefs. Produce a high volume of creative assets while maintaining consistent quality. Work independently to manage editing tasks and meet production deadlines. Incorporate feedback and revisions quickly to optimize creative performance. Organize project files and ensure timely delivery of all assigned assets. 5+ years of professional video editing experience. Proven experience creating high-performing paid social advertisements, particularly for Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Strong portfolio showcasing performance marketing, D2C, or e-commerce video ads. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard editing tools. Strong understanding of direct-response video editing principles, audience retention, and creative testing. Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining consistent quality. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Basic English proficiency (non-voice role) with the ability to understand written creative briefs and communicate via chat or email. Nice to Have Experience with motion graphics, animation, or VFX. Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and performance marketing metrics. Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands. Knowledge of AI-powered creative or video editing tools.
