Senior Video Producer

What you'll own

• A program of 30-50 active projects across brand videos, testimonials, product launches, and retainers - orchestrated remotely with support from associate producers and a contract bench
• The client relationship on your accounts: kickoffs, creative alignment, weekly updates, wrap calls. Your clients should never have to chase you for a status
• Quality gates on your program - reviewing cuts, holding the standard, catching problems before clients do
• On-set presence for key shoots: kickoff productions and flagship shoot days in US markets, a few times per quarter
• Growing your accounts: spotting expansion opportunities, earning referrals and reviews. Part of your comp is tied to it

What we need to see

• 7+ years producing video - corporate, commercial, or agency - with deep fluency in how video actually gets made: cameras, crews, post workflows, the whole chain. You've been on real sets, many times
• Proven management of high project volume simultaneously, with the systems discipline that makes that possible
• Client-facing presence at the level a VP of Marketing expects from a strategic partner
• US-based with ability to travel to shoots
• Portfolio of work you're proud to put your name on

This is a volume role with a premium bar - both at once, and that combination is genuinely hard. Production is remote-first: you'll direct outcomes through crews you brief, not sets you run daily.
