About the role We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to help shape Yodeck’s visual presence across marketing, digital, and brand touchpoints. Reporting to the Design Team Lead, you will work across a wide range of creative projects, from campaigns, motion graphics, and product marketing assets to website visuals, presentations, social media content, and branded experiences. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to deliver work that is visually strong, clear, and aligned with Yodeck’s brand. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong design craft. We’re looking for a designer who enjoys thinking across formats, and bringing ideas to life through both static and motion design. Responsibilities Create visual assets across web, digital campaigns, social media, presentations, video, motion graphics, and branded content Design motion assets, animations, micro-interactions, and video-based content for marketing and digital experiences Support the development and evolution of Yodeck’s visual identity and marketing design systems Ensure consistency, clarity, and strong visual execution across all brand and customer-facing touchpoints Collaborate on campaigns, launches, events, and creative initiatives across multiple channels and formats Support website and digital experience projects with strong visual design and creative thinking Create mockups, concepts, and presentation-ready assets that communicate ideas clearly and effectively Prepare production-ready files and support creative production workflows from concept to final delivery Support video and multimedia production processes, including pre-production, filming/design planning, post-production, motion graphics, and VFX workflows Support in the ideation, production, and content creation processes Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining consistency and quality across deliverables Contribute ideas, feedback, and creative support within the design team 5+ years of professional experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Motion Design, Marketing Design, or related creative roles Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, motion/video work, and visual storytelling across multiple formats Strong understanding of branding, visual consistency, and digital design principles and experience designing across digital, web, social, motion, presentation, and campaign formats Proficiency in Figma and creative tools such as After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Cavalry, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar Strong motion design skills, including animation principles (timing, spacing, easing, anticipation) and video editing skills, including familiarity with basic sound editing capabilities Good understanding of compositing, visual effects, and multimedia production techniques, as also user interaction and digital experience design principles Familiarity with production workflows, including pre-production, filming/design planning, post-production, and motion/video pipelines Experience using modern creative and AI-assisted tools as part of design and content production workflows Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team Nice to have Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology environment Understanding of B2B SaaS digital marketing and content-driven customer engagement Understanding of conversion-focused website and landing page design Familiarity with node-based generative AI tools for video production is considered a plus.
