Are you a performance focused ambitious Senior Wealth Advisor who thrives on results, relationships, and rewards? An established global investment firm are expanding their team with an exceptional Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Ireland.

In this highly entrepreneurial role, you will engage with high-net-worth prospects through qualified leads provided to you no cold calling. Your focus is to turn qualified investor conversations into lasting client relationships.

You will engage qualified high-net-worth investor leads provided by the firm, conducting structured outreach and in-depth, face-to-face meetings. Your role is to progress these conversations through a consultative sales process, building investor confidence and converting qualified interest into new client relationships and asset growth. You will focus exclusively on new business development, while dedicated portfolio management and client service teams manage onboarding and ongoing client relationships. The role requires consistent activity, disciplined follow-up, and the ability to close investor relationships

It is expected that you have 5+ years of demonstrable success selling to high-net-worth individuals with a track record of closing new investor business. You must also be QFA qualified with experience in financial services.
