About the Company

An established and growing wealth management firm is expanding its team and seeking a Senior Wealth Management Associate to support high-net-worth individuals, families, endowments, and foundations. This role offers strong visibility, meaningful client interaction, and a clear path for long-term career growth—either within client service/team operations or toward becoming a Wealth Manager (Advisor)

About the Role

If you’re looking to leverage your background in financial planning and client service within a collaborative, client-focused environment that values proactive, holistic planning, this could be an excellent next step in your career. This team operates in a hybrid work environment, with employees in the office three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) and remote flexibility the remaining days.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, outside advisors (CPAs, attorneys), and custodians
  • Participate in client meetings, including managing agendas, taking notes, preparing follow-up summaries, and tracking action items
  • Utilize financial planning tools to analyze and support recommendations related to cash flow, long-term planning, and asset allocation
  • Prepare analyses to support client decisions around insurance (life, disability, LTC), education funding, and debt management
  • Coordinate and delegate workflow to Client Service Associates
  • Oversee annual tax reporting processes and collaborate with external CPAs
  • Review and manage documentation for client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account maintenance
  • Coordinate client engagement touchpoints, including communications, anniversaries, and client appreciation efforts

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, ideally within an RIA environment
  • Series 65 license, or willingness to obtain within 12 months (sponsorship available)
  • FPQP designation or progress toward CFP (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM and financial planning tools such as Salesforce, eMoney, or Tamarac is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to delegate, think critically, problem-solve, and manage multiple priorities

Pay range and compensation package:

  • Base Salary: Typically $100,000 – $120,000, depending on experience
  • Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
  • Additional Incentives: Eligibility for new business incentive programs (for licensed professionals)

Comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Short-term and long-term disability and life insurance
  • 401(k) with 100% company match up to 4%
  • Opportunity for equity participation
  • Generous paid time off (20–28 days, based on tenure), plus holidays and volunteer day
  • Full reimbursement for professional development, licensing, and certifications
  • Formal mentoring and career development programs
  • Transit or parking subsidy
  • Wellness reimbursement
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Long-term rewards including sabbaticals and anniversary bonuses
