Senior Web Designer This is a UI-first website design role for someone with exceptional visual skills supported by strong UX fundamentals, with experience creating high-quality customer-facing B2B and B2B2C websites, working with our partners across US time zones. You might be our missing piece if you have: A highly developed visual eye and an exceptional level of attention to detail, with the ability to turn ideas, brand direction, and business goals into distinctive, pixel-polished digital experiences. A strong portfolio of customer-facing websites, demonstrated through Dribbble, Behance, case studies or equivalent work, showing excellent composition, typography, colour, spacing, hierarchy, interaction, and responsive design. At least 5 years of experience designing customer-facing websites within an agency, ideally for B2B or B2B2C enterprise organisations. A UI-first craft, supported by a solid understanding of UX principles, user behaviour, information architecture, accessibility, responsive patterns, and conversion-focused design. The ability to moving confidently from early direction to visual exploration, iteration, prototyping, and development-ready design in fast-moving environments where priorities, requirements, and feedback can evolve quickly. Experience working through sharp design iterations using agentic tools such as Claude, Figma Make, Codex, or equivalent tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, validation, and delivery. A natural drive to bring strong creative input and elevate the quality of the work rather than waiting for detailed design instructions. The ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, structure your own work, make informed decisions, and move the design forward without constant direction. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with Product Managers to understand the problem, clarify priorities, translate business requirements, and rapidly shape high-quality solutions. A consultant’s mindset: you understand the objectives, bring informed recommendations, push back when needed, and help clients make stronger design decisions. The ability to communicate your design rationale clearly to Product Managers, developers, stakeholders, and clients. Availability throughout US time zones. We would be thrilled if you have: Experience collaborating directly with marketing, brand, content, growth, or communications teams. Experience designing websites that need to communicate complex services, products, or propositions in a simple and compelling way. A strong understanding of how brand, storytelling, content, user experience, and conversion come together across a customer-facing website. Experience designing landing pages, campaign pages, corporate websites, product marketing websites, service pages, and other conversion-oriented digital touchpoints. A solid foundation in design systems, reusable website components, responsive grids, scalable patterns, and consistency across large digital ecosystems. Confidence working with developers to ensure the implemented experience retains the quality, detail, responsiveness, and interaction intended in the design. Experience using motion, micro-interactions, prototyping, or creative development approaches to bring website concepts to life. An active interest in emerging visual trends, interaction patterns, digital brands, creative technology, and AI-native design workflows. The ability to mentor other designers by sharing methods, tools, feedback, and emerging agentic ways of working. We will be working together on: Designing high-quality B2B and B2C websites for globally known brands and enterprise organisations. Working closely with Product Managers to understand the business context, shape the design direction, clarify requirements, and identify the most important customer journeys and messages. Exploring different visual territories, layouts, styles, interaction concepts, and storytelling approaches before converging on the strongest direction. Using agentic design tools to increase the speed and breadth of exploration, create interactive concepts, test directions, and reduce the distance between design and implementation. Producing fast turnarounds and working through short, focused feedback loops with clients, stakeholders, Product Managers, and developers. Bringing sharp creative input into every engagement, identifying opportunities to improve the experience beyond the initial brief. Balancing visual ambition with usability, accessibility, technical feasibility, business objectives, brand constraints, and delivery timelines. Creating responsive, pixel-polished, development-ready designs with clear specifications, reusable components, interaction guidance, and all necessary states. Working closely with developers to ensure the final result maintains the intended design quality. Participating in client-facing workshops, reviews, and design conversations, confidently explaining your decisions and helping stakeholders evaluate different directions. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that narrative, hierarchy, visuals, and conversion goals work together as one coherent experience. Contributing to the evolution of RebelDot’s visual design capabilities, website design standards, agentic workflows, tools, processes, and quality expectations.
