iSpectra is looking for a Senior Web Designer to lead the design of high-impact digital experiences for enterprise clients.
This is a senior, hands-on role for a designer who can own the full design lifecycle — from discovery and experience strategy to visual direction, design systems, prototyping, handover, and design QA.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, workshops, stakeholder discussions, and research synthesis.
- Translate business and user needs into journeys, information architecture, flows, and experience strategies.
- Lead end-to-end design of enterprise websites, portals, platforms, and digital products.
- Establish visual direction across complex digital experiences.
- Design responsive experiences across devices and screen sizes.
- Build and evolve scalable design systems and reusable components.
- Create prototypes to validate ideas and align stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, technology, content, business, and client teams.
- Present design recommendations with clear rationale and strong communication.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design quality throughout implementation and QA.
🔑 Mandatory Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience in web, product, or digital platform design.
- Experience delivering large-scale and complex digital experiences involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong portfolio showcasing at least 2 significant web or product projects, including the challenge, design thinking, process, system logic, visual execution, and final outcome.
- Advanced Figma skills, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, Libraries, and Prototyping.
- Practical knowledge of Atomic Design methodology.
- Strong UX knowledge covering interaction design, information architecture, user journeys, usability, and user-centered design.
- Ability to translate brand identity into a consistent digital design language.
- Strong understanding of business objectives, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a distributed/remote environment.
- Fluent English communication skills — both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience in government, banking, financial services, healthcare, telecom, nonprofits, or other enterprise sectors.
- Experience with Drupal, Sitecore, Liferay, or comparable CMS/DXP platforms.
- Experience using analytics, user behavior data, usability testing, or qualitative research.
- Strong knowledge of Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, component-based development, browser behavior, and technical constraints.
- Exposure to AI experiences, intelligent search, conversational interfaces, personalization, AI assistants, or Agentic AI.
- Working knowledge of WCAG and accessibility principles.
- Relevant UX/UI, Product Design, Accessibility, Figma, Research, or Design Thinking certifications.
