We’re designing, developing, and growing Incogni — a privacy-tech product that helps people protect their personal data online. With Incogni, anyone can automatically remove their personal information from data brokers and other third-party companies. Join our Experience Design team and help shape the experience for a product that’s making privacy simple for everyone. If you’re a self-driven designer who loves combining creativity with analytics and thrives on turning data into design decisions that move key metrics, keep reading. If you want to: Lead the design and optimization of Incogni’s landing pages, onboarding flows, and key conversion funnels through continuous A/B testing; Translate research insights, analytics, and behavioral data into clear, testable design hypotheses; Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and analytics teams to plan, launch, and analyze experiments that improve user acquisition and activation; Maintain a consistent, high-quality user experience while exploring bold variations that push growth forward; Build scalable design systems and workflows for rapid iteration, ensuring that future experiments are faster to launch and easier to evaluate; Help establish a structured process for using AI in design work, and drive initiatives exploring how AI can speed up design iteration and experimentation; Share learnings across teams, helping establish a culture of experimentation and evidence-based design. And you can check off: Proven experience in product, growth, or web design with a strong portfolio showing measurable impact on conversion or engagement metrics; The ability to clearly present hypotheses, design rationale, and test outcomes to stakeholders; A deep interest in CRO and both quantitative and qualitative research; Strong expertise in Figma, including working with components, variables, and design systems; Familiarity with experimentation and analytics tools (Hotjar, Neurons, Clarity, or similar); Proficiency with AI design tools and demonstrable ability to create and integrate them with production-ready design systems and workflows; Excellent UI skills, with a strong eye for visual detail and polish; Curiosity about user behavior and a data-informed mindset that blends creative and analytical thinking. Here’s the deal: Growth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, online learning platforms, and books for your professional development; Health and wellness: we want you to feel and be your best. That's why we offer various benefits, from online workouts and a physical coach to health insurance and regular mental health checks; Tools of your choice: choose the technical equipment and tools you need to do your best work; Community and celebrations: get ready for long-lasting traditions such as yearly workation, Friday get-togethers, various team buildings and company celebrations; Work-life balance: We encourage working in the office, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week. Plus, with our WFA policy, you can work from almost anywhere in the world; More days off: additional vacation days depending on your tenure; Premium Surfshark accounts: for you, your family, and friends; Gross salary: 4500 - 5500 Eur/month. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
