Job Description Senior Windows Application Developer Experience: 8+ Years Work Mode: Remote Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior C# / Windows Application Developer to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in C#, WPF, WinUI/Win32, and Windows desktop application development, with proven experience building and supporting production-grade applications.You will work on a core Windows desktop product used by legal professionals for document management, time tracking, and day-to-day workflows. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver reliable, high-performance Windows desktop applications. Build and enhance production-grade applications using C# and WPF. Solve complex Windows platform-level technical challenges with scalable and maintainable solutions. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize desktop application performance. Integrate Windows applications with REST APIs, web services, and cloud-based backends. Collaborate with full-stack developers and cross-functional engineering teams in an Agile environment. Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding and engineering standards. Mentor developers and contribute to continuous improvement across the engineering team. Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude to improve development productivity and code quality. Must-Have Skills 8+ years of software development experience. Strong hands-on and recent experience with C#. Extensive experience developing production-grade WPF / Windows Desktop Applications. Strong experience with WinUI, Win32, or similar native Windows technologies. Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. Experience integrating desktop applications with web services and cloud backends. Hands-on experience using AI coding/development tools, preferably Claude. Strong understanding of software design principles and clean, maintainable code. Good to Have Working knowledge of C++. Experience working with large-scale SaaS products. Experience working in Agile/Scrum engineering environments. Previous experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
