Senior Windows Systems & IAM Engineer at BairesDev
As a Senior Windows Systems & IAM Engineer, you will design, configure, and maintain secure identity frameworks and Windows systems across the enterprise. You will act as a key technical anchor, ensuring robust access control, system reliability, and advanced threat protection for our core infrastructure.
What You'll Do
Design and manage robust Active Directory and Identity and Access Management systems to control enterprise authorization.
Implement secure Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication workflows to simplify and protect user access.
Oversee and configure endpoint security solutions to defend Windows environments against emerging threats.
Troubleshoot complex Windows system and authorization issues to guarantee operational continuity.
Author, maintain, and optimize security policies and system configurations to enforce compliance standards.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in Windows Systems Administration, Identity and Access Management (IAM), or a related security engineering role.
Proven expertise in administering Active Directory and Identity and Access Management (IAM) authorization frameworks.
Strong hands-on experience implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
Solid background in Endpoint Security Management and Windows system security engineering.
Advanced proficiency in English.
