Senior Workday Analyst – Compensation & Benefits At BairesDev

In this role, you'll sit with HR stakeholders, gather requirements, and then build the solution yourself directly in Workday, from business processes and compensation rules to benefits setup and annual events like merit cycles and open enrollment. This is a genuinely hands-on configuration role, not a traditional project management or analyst position. This is your opportunity to own Compensation and Benefits configuration end to end, working closely with a companion team supporting global offices across multiple countries.

What You'll Do

• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and configure solutions directly in Workday.
• Build and maintain Compensation and Benefits configuration, including annual events like merit cycles and open enrollment.
• Configure Talent Management processes within Workday.
• Build custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM.
• Strong background in Workday Core HR configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.
• Proficiency with Workday Talent Management.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, or RaaS.
• Exposure to Workday Time Tracking.
