Senior Workday Analyst – Payroll & Time Tracking at BairesDev

In this role, you'll own Workday configuration across Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll, gathering requirements directly from HR and translating them into working solutions inside the platform. Building reports, supporting testing, and managing upgrades, you'll be the functional expert HR relies on for these critical modules. This is your opportunity to specialize deeply in some of the hardest Workday modules to master, working as part of a team where your configuration expertise directly shapes how payroll and time processes run.

What You'll Do:

- Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into Workday configurations.

- Configure and maintain Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules.

- Build reports supporting business and compliance needs.

- Support testing cycles and manage Workday upgrades.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM.

- Strong experience with Workday Core HR configuration.

- Background in Workday Absence Management.

- Hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking.

- Proficiency with Workday Payroll configuration.

- Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

- Familiarity with Workday Report Writer.

- Exposure to Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, or RaaS.

- Background in Workday Compensation.

- Knowledge of Workday Benefits.

- Experience with Workday Talent Management.

- Familiarity with Workday Security Administration.
