Senior Workday Extend Consultant

For one of our international clients, we are looking for a Senior Workday Extend Consultant.

Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
• Work Model: 100% Remote (from EU)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and integration teams across the project lifecycle.
• Support post-go-live stabilization, AMS enhancements, and continuous platform improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Workday development best practices, governance, and architecture standards.
• Lead technical design sessions, code reviews, and provide clear documentation.

Skills:

• Proven hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying Workday Extend applications (Workday Extend Certification is highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture and how Extend interacts with core Workday services.
• Excellent customer-facing consulting skills with the ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proven ability to work independently within international, distributed project teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in AMS/production support environments, Agile delivery, or global multi-country rollouts.
• Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and release management practices.
