Senior Workday HCM Analyst at BairesDev

In this role, you'll own ongoing Workday configuration, enhancements, and annual events such as merit cycles and open enrollment across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits. Working directly with HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders, you'll translate real business requirements into Workday configuration that actually works. This is your opportunity to be the internal Workday expert an organization relies on, not just implementing systems but training teams and shaping how HR technology serves the business day to day.

What You'll Do:

- Own ongoing Workday configuration and enhancements across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits.

- Support annual HR events such as merit cycles and open enrollment.

- Gather requirements directly from HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into Workday configuration.

- Train cross-functional teams on Workday, explaining technical concepts in plain language.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience working with Workday HCM.

- Strong experience with Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.

- Experience with Workday Report Writer and custom dashboards.

- Experience with Workday security administration and business process configuration.

- Experience with Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and RaaS.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

- Experience with Workday Time Tracking or Absence.

- Experience with Workday Payroll.

- Experience with Workday Talent Management.
