We're looking for an experienced Senior Writer (remote, contract-to-hire) who can bring integrated marketing campaigns to life through exceptional storytelling.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys writing across a variety of formats—from digital ads and social posts to website copy, thought leadership, video scripts, presentations, and email campaigns. You'll work within established messaging platforms and creative concepts, adapting them across channels while ensuring every piece of content feels purposeful, engaging, and true to the brand.
You'll collaborate closely with strategists, art directors, account teams, and creative leadership to create work that helps our clients simplify complex ideas, connect with their audiences, and achieve business results.
While this role is primarily focused on execution, you'll also have opportunities to contribute to campaign brainstorming, messaging exploration, and creative development.

Responsibilities:
Create Compelling Content
- Write copy across digital, social, web, email, paid media, presentations, video, print, and sales enablement.
- Develop engaging content ranging from attention-grabbing headlines and banner ads to long-form thought leadership, articles, case studies, and executive communications.
- Adapt messaging across channels while maintaining a consistent voice and campaign narrative.
- Translate complex technical and B2B topics into clear, engaging, audience-focused content.
Bring Campaigns to Life
- Execute creative work within established messaging frameworks, brand guidelines, and campaign concepts.
- Partner closely with Art Directors to create integrated creative where words and visuals work together.
- Tailor messaging for different audiences, channels, and stages of the customer journey.
- Ensure every deliverable supports broader campaign objectives.
Collaborate Across the Agency
- Work closely with Strategy, Account Services, Creative, and Production throughout projects.
- Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute ideas that strengthen campaigns.
- Interview clients and subject matter experts to uncover stories and insights.
- Present copy and messaging recommendations internally and to clients when appropriate.
Elevate the Work
- Maintain high standards for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and brand voice.
- Stay current on B2B marketing trends, emerging content formats, and AI-enabled writing tools that improve quality and efficiency.
- Help evolve writing best practices and contribute to a culture of creative excellence.
What We Look For
- 5–8 years of professional writing experience, preferably within a marketing, branding, or advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both short-form advertising copy and long-form storytelling.
- Experience writing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, web, social, email, video, presentations, and thought leadership.
- Exceptional ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling, audience-focused content.
- Experience writing for B2B brands, particularly in complex or technical industries, is preferred.
- Strong interviewing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
