SEO & AI Search Analyst

We are looking for an experienced SEO & AI Search Analyst to help drive organic growth, search visibility, and brand authority across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms. In this role, you will develop and execute SEO, content, local search, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies that increase discoverability, qualified traffic, and lead generation. You will work across technical SEO, content strategy, semantic optimization, and AI Search visibility to ensure our brands remain competitive as search continues to evolve. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on SEO expertise and a deep understanding of how users discover information through Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and other AI-driven platforms. You are naturally curious, data-driven, and passionate about leveraging search insights to create measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Optimization Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple websites and brands. Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations. Monitor website performance, indexing, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals. Perform keyword, entity, and search intent research. Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and on-page SEO elements. Identify opportunities to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions. Collaborate with web development teams on technical SEO initiatives. Stay current with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices. AI Search & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Develop strategies to improve visibility within AI-powered search and answer engines. Optimize content for discoverability across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and emerging AI platforms. Monitor AI-generated brand mentions, citations, and visibility trends. Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices. Improve entity recognition, topical authority, and semantic relevance. Research emerging AI search trends and translate findings into actionable strategies. Identify opportunities to increase brand presence within AI-generated responses. Content Strategy & Creation Design and execute content strategies aligned with SEO, GEO, and lead generation goals. Conduct topic research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis. Build topical authority through content clusters and strategic content planning. Create detailed content briefs for blogs, landing pages, location pages, and educational resources. Write, edit, and optimize content when needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content quality, accuracy, and consistency. Optimize existing content to improve rankings, traffic, engagement, and AI citations. Develop content frameworks aligned with E-E-A-T principles and AI Search best practices. Identify opportunities to repurpose content across multiple digital channels. Local SEO & Business Listings Develop and execute local SEO strategies across multiple locations. Optimize and monitor Google Business Profiles. Improve visibility in local search results and map packs. Ensure consistency across local citations and directory listings. Identify opportunities to strengthen local authority and geographic relevance. Analytics & Performance Monitoring Monitor SEO, GEO, and website performance metrics. Analyze traffic, rankings, conversions, lead generation, and engagement trends. Track keyword, entity, and AI Search visibility performance. Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights. Measure the impact of SEO and AI Search initiatives on business goals. Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in SEO, Organic Search, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing. Proven experience creating and executing successful SEO strategies. Strong understanding of technical SEO principles. Experience developing and optimizing content for organic search. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with cross-functional teams.
