About Your Team Join our Marketing Team, where we're sustainably driving growth with goals to become the leading marketplace for gamers. We obsess over merging data-driven optimization, entertainment, and creativity, and our SEO team is where this comes to life on the product side. You'll join the onsite side of SEO - covering strategy, technical SEO, and e-commerce/marketplace/hub optimization - working closely with our offsite team (link acquisition, publications, content collaboration). Our culture is built on high ownership, autonomy and proactive, transparent communication - it's a hard requirement here, not a nice-to-have. This role owns SEO automations with the mandate to build programs from scratch and set the long-term direction, not just maintain what already exists. Responsibilities Identify repetitive, manual SEO workflows and automate them end-to-end Build and maintain scripts, data pipelines and internal tools (Python/JS, APIs, GitLab) Design and run AI/LLM & agentic workflows for content, QA, internal linking and AI-visibility - with quality control at scale Build programmatic and technical SEO systems (template/feed-driven pages, structured data, crawl & indexation health) Pull and model SEO/traffic data (DataForSEO, SimilarWeb, GSC, Mixpanel, Databricks) into usable outputs Partner with SEO specialists, content and engineering/product to ship and integrate automations Measure impact, iterate and document/hand off tooling for the team Requirements Proven track record automating meaningful SEO work - a portfolio of scripts, tools or pipelines you've shipped (SEO or engineering background both welcome) Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript ; comfort with APIs and version control (Git) Hands-on experience applying LLMs / agentic AI to real workflows (content, QA, internal linking or AI-visibility) with quality control at scale Solid technical & programmatic SEO foundation: crawl budget, indexation, structured data, template/feed-driven pages Fluency with core SEO/data tooling (GSC, GA4 and a DataForSEO/Semrush/Ahrefs-class stack) Nice to have: agent/agentic-framework building; data engineering (Databricks/SQL/ETL); WordPress at scale; marketplace/e-commerce/gaming SEO; multi-market/international SEO Good English required, proficiency preferred Requirements - Nice to have Marketplace / e-commerce / gaming-vertical SEO Multi-market / international SEO Shipping features in collaboration with product/engineering teams What it’s like to work at Eneba *Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program. *Opportunity to help scale a unique product. *Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget. *Paid volunteering opportunities. *Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel. *Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes. *Please attach CV's in English. *To find out about how we handle your personal data, make sure to check out our Candidate Privacy Notice https://www.eneba.com/candidate-privacy-notice We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
