Job Description As a Senior SEO Manager, you will lead the development of advanced SEO strategies for enterprise-level clients. Reporting to our Senior SEO Director, you will manage technical SEO programs, guiding a team of SEO professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organic growth and enhance online visibility. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, providing recommendations to achieve desired outcomes. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client goals, encompassing technical SEO, content optimisation, and link-building projects. Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits, resolving issues related to site architecture, crawlability, and indexation. Oversee the creation and maintenance of SEO roadmaps, ensuring delivery of projects within budget constraints. Use data pipelines and cloud technology to automate processes and develop datasets for reporting. Stay informed about industry trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies to maintain competitiveness. Mentor and support junior team members, encouraging a culture of learning and professional development. Qualifications Over 4 years of experience developing and executing SEO strategies that drive measurable results for large-scale websites. Ability to work with large datasets, using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and enterprise SEO platforms to find applicable insights. Understanding of web technologies, including servers, applications, middleware, edgeware, and front-end frameworks, and their impact on SEO performance. Awareness of LLM and AI-influenced search, with the ability to guide clients on opportunities, risks, and best practices. Troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Previous experience leading project teams and mentoring junior team members. When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions. You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
