Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist who is passionate about the future of search and has hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and agents to scale SEO strategies. This role will play a critical part in evolving our SEO offerings from traditional ranking models to AI-powered discovery and answer-driven visibility . You’ll work cross-functionally with teams to develop scalable, repeatable processes for keyword research, technical SEO, reporting, and onsite optimization. Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution Develop and execute SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and content optimization. Identify opportunities to improve visibility in both traditional SERPs and AI-driven answer environments. Conduct keyword research aligned to evolving search behavior (including conversational and intent-based queries). Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Optimize content for AI-powered search experiences (Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, etc.). Structure content for featured snippets, entity recognition, and semantic relevance. Partner with internal teams and clients to align outputs with answer-based discovery models. AI & Automation Build and/or utilize AI agents and tools to streamline: Keyword research and clustering SEO audits and issue identification Reporting and performance analysis Develop scalable workflows that improve efficiency and consistency across accounts Technical SEO & Auditing Perform site audits, identify technical issues, and provide actionable recommendations Work with developers to implement fixes related to indexing, crawling, site speed, and structured data Reporting & Insights Create clear, actionable reporting that ties SEO performance to business outcomes Translate complex SEO and AI trends into client-friendly insights and recommendations Qualifications Required 4–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred) Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or custom agents) for SEO workflows Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) or optimizing for AI-driven search experiences Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting (GA4, Looker, etc.) Ability to translate data into actionable insights for internal teams and clients Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Experience working with pharma or healthcare clients Understanding of regulatory considerations (MLR environments, compliance constraints) Experience collaborating with paid media teams on integrated search strategies Knowledge of structured data/schema and entity-based SEO What Success Looks Like Clear improvements in organic visibility across both traditional SERPs and AI answer experiences Scalable AI-driven processes implemented across accounts High-quality, client-ready insights that drive strategic decisions Strong cross-team collaboration and “one team” execution across channels Why Join Us Be at the forefront of AI-driven search transformation Work on innovative solutions beyond traditional SEO Collaborative, forward-thinking team culture Opportunity to shape emerging GEO and AI search capabilities We Offer Competitive Pay and Benefits.
