You'll have the opportunity to work at the intersection of search, AI, and content, driving visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms.The role is based in Poland.Team Composition:You will join Creatio's Growth team, collaborating closely with Content, Outreach, Product Marketing, Web, and Regional Marketing teams to drive organic lead generation and search visibility across multiple international markets.Responsibilities:Own organic lead generation initiatives for assigned regions.Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies to improve both traditional search rankings and AI/LLM visibility.Create new content and optimize existing content for search engines and AI-generated search experiences.Develop link-building strategies for target regions and collaborate closely with the Outreach Specialist.Conduct ongoing keyword, competitor, and market research.Support local SEO initiatives and optimize multilingual content across international markets.Participate in technical SEO audits and implement improvements related to Core Web Vitals, indexing, and website performance.Monitor SEO and GEO performance, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend data-driven improvements.Leverage AI tools and automation to improve SEO workflows and operational efficiency.Requirements:3+ years of experience in SEO.1+ year of hands-on experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).Experience driving organic lead generation for SaaS businesses focused on Get a Demo or Book a Call conversions.Practical experience using AI tools and MCPs to automate SEO workflows.Strong knowledge of link-building strategies for both traditional search engines and AI search experiences.Deep understanding of SEO content optimization and experience preparing detailed content briefs for copywriters.Experience with multilingual SEO and international websites.Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms.Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Upper-Intermediate or higher English.What you should expect from us:Growth & Development: Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.Flexibility & Well-Being: We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.Recognition & Impact: A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.Innovative Culture: Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.Benefits & Rewards Package: We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family.
