About the Client Our client is a fast growing U.S. digital growth partner specializing exclusively in medical and aesthetic practices (dermatologists, plastic surgeons, med spas, and healthcare providers). Managing a high-volume client base of over 80 active practices across North America, they deliver end to end growth solutions, combining paid acquisition, high converting web design, localized SEO, and patient retention strategies. Operating with a high-trust, "client-first" philosophy, they value transparency, deep accountability, and proactive communication. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of SEO clients and lead monthly calls to review performance, strategy, and next steps. Develop and own the SEO strategy for each account, including keywords, local SEO, Google Business Profile, content, and overall growth priorities. Review SEO data from tools like GSC, GA4, and ranking reports , and clearly explain what is happening and what should be done next. Lead client conversations explaining when rankings or results are down, and help keep clients confident in the strategy. Coordinate with the internal SEO, content, and web teams to make sure recommendations are implemented correctly and on time. Review deliverables before they are presented to clients and make sure the work aligns with the strategy and what was promised. Stay up to date with AI search, AEO, and GEO , and understand how these changes can impact SEO strategy. 3+ years of SEO experience managing multiple client accounts, ideally for small businesses, local services, or healthcare/medical clients. Strong knowledge of local and organic SEO, including Google Business Profile, map rankings, citations, Google Search Console, and GA4. Strong English communication skills and confidence leading client calls, explaining SEO results, and handling difficult client conversations. Able to look at SEO reports, understand what is happening with rankings and traffic, and explain the strategy and next steps to clients. Takes ownership of their accounts and follows up with the internal team to make sure work gets done correctly and on time. Experience with tools like BrightLocal, SE Ranking, or GMBcrush, or experience working with medical, dental, or aesthetic clients is a plus. Salary: Competitive monthly compensation starting at $3,500 and negotiable based on depth of SEO strategy and client-facing expertise. Contract: Independent Contractor PTO: 2 weeks of paid time off + 1 week of sick leave annually. 100% Remote: Complete location independence, working fully from your home office anywhere in Latin America.
