Role Description
We are looking for an SEO Executive / SEO Specialist to help drive organic growth for our clients through a combination of SEO, AEO, GEO, and content marketing.
You'll work closely with our content, design, development, and marketing teams to improve search visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and other emerging search platforms.
This remote, full-time role requires someone who enjoys research, understands search intent, loves analyzing data, and can create strategies that help brands become authoritative sources online.
Role and Responsibilities:
Search Strategy
- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor research.
- Identify content gaps and growth opportunities.
- Build topical authority through pillar pages and topic clusters.
SEO
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits.
- Optimize metadata, heading structure, URLs, internal linking, and
image SEO.
- Improve crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and website performance.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and structured data.
AEO & GEO
- Optimize content for Featured Snippets, AI Overviews, and voice search.
- Structure content for AI-powered search engines and large language models.
- Improve content discoverability across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and similar platforms.
- Monitor AI search visibility and identify opportunities to increase brand citations.
- Implement SEO strategies aligned with E-E-A-T principles.
Content Marketing
- Create SEO-driven content strategies and editorial plans.
- Create SEO-optimized blog outlines and content.
- Review, optimize, and refresh existing content.
- Ensure content aligns with search intent and user experience.
- Collaborate with writers to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and key SEO KPIs.
- Monitor website performance using industry-leading SEO tools.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking.
- Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaboration
- Work closely with design and developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, AI search trends, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Intern to Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of practical experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Experience creating SEO content strategies and content briefs.
- Familiarity with structured data (Schema.org) and technical SEO concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
