Server Operations Manager

We're looking for a skilled and proactive Server Operations Manager to join UChat's dynamic team. In this critical role, you'll ensure the stability, security, and optimal performance of our SaaS chatbot platform by managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining our server infrastructure.

You will collaborate closely with our development team and leadership to deliver robust solutions and provide rapid response to operational challenges.

What you will do

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug server issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Monitor server health and implement preventive measures to mitigate potential problems.
• Perform regular backups, security checks, and software updates.
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to optimize infrastructure and deployment processes.
