Preparing customer quotations for repairs and liaising with customers to obtain purchase orders 2. Order spare parts for service engineers including third party spares, booking in parts and following up on direct deliveries. 3. Preparing documents for engineer parts to be shipped for repair to various locations including customs documents. 4. Sending and completing devices to workshop in Germany and other locations which would include billing the customer and updating the system. 5. Processing and managing the returns of unused parts to the relevant warehouse 6. Process FOA and Warranty Claims. 7. Provide holiday cover for the rest of the team members assisting in admin duties where required. 8. Raising engineers service orders.
