The Service Sales Agreement Specialist will support the Service BU Sales Manager and the Service team in the development of the business and the operational excellence of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Frame Agreements (FAs). The Service Sales Agreement Specialist acts as Tender Leader for strategic opportunities, driving the preparation, coordination, and submission of technical and commercial bids while supporting business development activities and long-term customer growth. How You'll Make an Impact Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Frame Agreements (FAs), and HMax Energy strategy execution: support the LSU Sales Manager and the Sales team in implementing the sales strategy for SLAs and FAs, promoting alignment with suppliers and managing customer relationships at multiple levels to maximize order intake and business growth. Establish long-term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements, applicable regulations, and business drivers. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of service products and solutions to support Life Cycle Management (LCM) strategies and create sustainable customer value. Collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales and tendering process. Lead and coordinate the end-to-end preparation of technical and commercial tenders as Tender Responsible. Develop competitive proposals by coordinating internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Finance, and Legal functions, ensuring alignment on scope, technical solution, delivery model, risk profile, and pricing strategy. Interface with external suppliers and internal departments to identify and deliver the most effective technical-commercial solution for the customer. Maintain accurate opportunity and tender information within relevant customer and business systems. Ensure technical reliability, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions while complying with all health and safety requirements. Your Background Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, Mechanical, Automation, or Electronic Engineering preferred). 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
