Location: UK – Remote

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Salary: £28,000–£34,000 per annum, depending on experience

Role Overview

We are recruiting a Service Delivery Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of services, coordinate internal teams, manage customer queries and ensure agreed service standards are maintained. This is a fully remote UK opportunity with training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day service delivery and customer requests.
• Monitor tasks, deadlines and service performance.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and service documentation.
• Identify issues and help resolve service delivery problems.
• Support continuous improvement and operational processes.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good attention to detail and time management.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
• Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer service or operations is desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
