Act as the primary escalation point for critical service incidents and root cause analyses to safeguard patient imaging workflows. Audit provider performance against contractual service level agreements to drive continuous vendor accountability and financial alignment. Partner with cross-functional IT and vendor teams to streamline application capacity planning, system upgrades, and risk management protocols. Manage operational budgets and validate vendor invoicing to ensure high-quality imaging technology delivery aligned with organizational goals. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. What additional preferences we're seeking 3 years of dedicated Healthcare IT experience, specifically supporting clinical imaging applications or medical systems.
