About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager for a long-term public sector contract running through 2030. The position involves overseeing and managing production-level services across Data Warehousing, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Evaluated Criteria:

• Oversee production service delivery for Data Warehouse (DW) services deployed over the last 5 years.
• Lead operational service management for live Robotic Process Automation (RPA) production environments.
• Manage service performance and operational continuity for production-level Artificial Intelligence (AI) services.
• Ensure full alignment with public service standards, SLA targets, and reporting protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Manager / Service Delivery Manager managing production services within the past 5 years.
• Verifiable hands-on management of live services in DW, RPA, and AI technologies.
• Native or professional fluency in Finnish (mandatory).
• Ability to work on a 50% allocation schedule with 75% remote flexibility in Finland.
