Job Description Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) operations across domains such as Material, Vendor, Customer, and Finance Master Data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and governance. Drive implementation of data governance frameworks, quality controls, and process standards to ensure high-quality and error-free master data. Partner with Business and IT teams to design and implement digital and ERP solutions (SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, data lakes, analytics) that enable efficiency and scalability. Link master data challenges to business process impacts across P2P, OTC, and Finance, providing actionable insights and solutions. Manage project and service delivery timelines, stakeholder engagement, and operational transitions to achieve business objectives and client satisfaction. Identify and execute process improvements and automation opportunities using AI, ML, and Lean Six Sigma to enhance operational performance. Build and mentor teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration while developing thought leadership and client-facing best practices in MDM.
