Purpose of the job and your day-to-day tasks: The role's main purpose is to lead execution of data processing analysis, execute multiple scenarios and development strategies using simulation tools to provide sound decisions and recommendations. He / She will collaborate with other teams to extract data figures, create reports based on their findings, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine business initiatives’ success. DATA ANALYTICS & SIMULATION Responsible for modeling data by providing clean, accurate and structured data sets so that different users within the group can work with them. Develops and maintains databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format Works with Excel, SQL code, and PMI analytics tools to perform ad-hoc analyses and forecasting. Collaborate with other team of analysts and other associates from other workstream to process information Utilizes data analytics to work with simulation tools that is capable to handle multiple scenarios and variations in processes. REPORTING Responsible for building reports and dashboards on top of pre-processed data and drawing out insights from it. Develops graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data Works with L&D Management team and other workstreams to deep dive identify opportunities for improvement Establishes KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions PRODUCTIVITY & PROJECTS Collaborate with Productivity Dream Team on idea-generation for optimization initiatives Provides cost benefit analysis for identified ideas Provides measures and tools to assess project effectiveness Participates in the development and deployment of end-to-end automated/analytic solutions for logistics and distribution Facilitates benchmarking activities with affiliates and markets to drive operational improvement BUDGET MONITORING Submits on a timely manner Budget projection to Budget Coordinator. Performs Variance Analysis on submitted Budget and RF Proposal and identifies opportunities for reduction. Creates PR/PO for services rendered by 3PL and Vendors Conducts regular review of payables with vendors to ensure timely payment and recognition of expenses Lead OPEN+ Execution Lead initiative to support OPEN+ pillar SWP implementation in E&T, ORG, LE pillar Facilitate DDS review - daily and weekly Evaluate the efficiency and cost of established processes Lead process standardization Develop process improvement strategies, discuss with leadership team and facilitate changes Lead review and standardization and governance of KPIs Provide measure and tools to assess project effectiveness Participates in the development and deployment of e-2-e automated solutions for logistics and distribution Qualifications: Must be Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably Industrial engineering or Manufacturing engineering or any similar course Good and effective communication skills Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik, Power BI Accuracy and attention to detail Ability for critical thinking Work Location: The Finance Center, Taguig (2x WFH, 3x Onsite) Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM What we offer​ Our above market practice on Compensation & Benefits provide you with: Guaranteed 14th month pay HMO coverage for you and your qualified dependents PHP 10,000 annual medical reimbursement Retirement Plan Leave Conversion At PMI, we are fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
