In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), including equipment assembly, wiring, testing, and commissioning activities. Support installation, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning activities at customer locations as required. Understand and fulfill service contract requirements to ensure successful project execution. Collaborate with customers and internal sales teams to identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges. Develop and implement technical solutions, engaging global technical specialists when needed. Perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support activities independently for Afag products and systems. Manage customer quality-related concerns and drive timely resolution through closure. Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions to customer personnel. Prepare accurate customer feedback, commissioning, and service reports. Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships through responsive and professional support. Promote a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement in all service activities. For This Role, You Will Need: Knowledge of industrial automation technologies, including PLCs, motion control systems, machine vision systems, sensors, and related configuration activities. Strong commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English. Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer sites throughout China. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Ability to collaborate effectively within multicultural and global business environments. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience supporting automation, manufacturing, robotics, assembly, or industrial equipment solutions. Familiarity with Afag products or similar automation technologies. Experience performing FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, and field service activities. Experience delivering technical training to customers or end users. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience working within international or multinational organizations.
