Join our dynamic and international team as Service Operations Intern and support our team during August and September (2 months) . Key Responsibilities Support spare parts management activities and related administrative tasks. Assist with end-of-site documentation and non-conformity management processes. Collect and verify service invoices from external service partners. Gather and organize worksheets and service reports from internal service technicians. Support the collection and processing of customer invoices and related documentation. Requirements Active student status at a Hungarian institution. Working hours: 20 hours/week, 4 hours/day. English language proficiency is required (written and spoken). German language skills are an advantage , but not mandatory. Good organizational and administrative skills. Attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
