About The Role

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Service & Sales Support Coordinator to join our team.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, ensuring customer queries and complaints are handled efficiently while maintaining a low touch territory and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer calls, emails and enquiries
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating where required
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Support stockists and customers with product, service and account enquiries
• Provide day-to-day support to Regional Business Managers (RBMs)
• Assist with specification writing and administrative sales support activities
• Manage a small, low-touch customer territory through regular customer contact
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to add value
• Promote relevant products, services and campaigns that meet customer needs
• Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system
• Support customer onboarding and ensure a positive customer journey
• Contribute to continuous improvement and effective team collaboration
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to build relationships, identify sales opportunities and support business growth through customer engagement.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, internal sales or a similar role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• A customer-first mindset and genuine desire to help people
• Confidence handling enquiries, complaints and challenging conversations
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
  
  

Experience in building products, trade, retail or manufacturing environments will be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
