Join Us Servicer Transition Manager Position Overview The Service Transition Manager is responsible for leading the successful onboarding and transition of new customers, managed services, technologies, and service changes into Advania's operational support. This role ensures that services are transitioned in a controlled and customer-focused manner, with comprehensive documentation and effective knowledge transfer. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between project delivery and operational support, managing transition activity plans and coordinating stakeholders to achieve seamless service go-live and handover into business-as-usual support. Responsibilities Service Transition Management · Lead onboarding activities for new customers and services. · Own Acceptance into Service activities, ensuring readiness criteria are met. · Review project scopes and identify transition risks. · Facilitate workshops and maintain transition plans. · Ensure operational knowledge transfer between teams. · Validate operational readiness across processes. · Drive completion of transition activities ahead of launch. Project Management Blend · Manage transition workstreams with clear plans and milestones. · Support project governance related to transition activities. · Escalate blockers and risks to safeguard customer experience. · Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers. Stakeholder Management · Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams. · Act as the key point of coordination for support-readiness activities. · Facilitate governance meetings and readiness reviews. · Collaborate with various teams to influence delivery outcomes. Governance and Operational Excellence · Promote consistent use of transition governance processes. · Maintain accurate transition records and reporting data. · Identify opportunities for improvement in transition efficiency Qualifications & Experience Essential: · Experience in coordinating Service Transition or Acceptance into Service activities in an IT or Managed Service Provider environment. · Strong understanding of operational support models and service readiness. · Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. · Ability to manage multiple transition activities against milestones. Desirable: · ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent understanding of service management practices. · Experience with ServiceNow for project or service management processes. · Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including M365 and Azure.
