We are currently searching for a ServiceNow consultant: The Challenge (Responsibilities) Design the ServiceNow solutions using industry best practices. Advise, design, and configure integration solutions between ServiceNow and other tools. Your Profile (Requirements) Experienced in creating solution designs and implementing Field Service Management (FSM) , Source-to-Pay (S2P), Customer Service Management (CSM), and ITSM. Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, and Email Inbound. Experienced in implementation of ServiceNow Platform for Integration and Automation Solutions. Mandatory experience with FMS (Field Service Management). Certifications required: CIS-FSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM. High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery. Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering." Desired Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants. Languages Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams. Advanced Spanish.
